Procar Automobile Group operates 24 dealerships in North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW) and represents the following brands in this region:

• Mini
• Rolls-Royce
• BMW Motorrad
• KIA
The group offers its customers the 360° Procar Service. This service includes the sale of new and used cars, the operation of workshops and the sale of accessories and spare parts. The range also includes financial solutions and services, such as vehicle leasing and financing. Procar also has its own insurance service, rounding off its portfolio.
The headquarter is based in Velbert, Germany.
Since the partial takeover by the Manor family in 2012, Procar Group has succeeded in increasing its profitability and sustainability thanks to operational and financial restructuring. The aim was to maintain the business model while focusing on the BMW brand and on the region of NRW.
Since then, the group has recorded a constant increase in turnover and is now one of the most profitable groups in the BMW dealer network.
Over the years, Procar managed to expand continuously. At the beginning of 2017, it took over its 16th location in Leverkusen. In 2019, 5 more locations in Münsterland. In 2024 another 4 locations were acquired near Dusseldorf.
With 24 locations in NRW, annual vehicle sales of around 20,000 vehicles and around 195,000 workshop hours for the BMW, MINI and Kia brands, Procar Automobile Group has grown into a strong player in mobility.
From the Münsterland region to the Ruhrgebiet, the Bergisches Land, Sauerland and the Rheinland, our more than 1,400 employees are on hand with technological know-how, professional expertise and human advice to accompany every customer on the way to their personal dream car. From the search process, through specialist advice on leasing, financing and state subsidies or insurance, to the final purchase, we have made it our goal to 'experience joy' together with our customers.
