Manor Automotive Group (MAG) MAG is a privately held company, established in Luxembourg in 2011. In 2012 MAG acquired ‘Procar Automobile’ group of dealerships. Procar represents the brands of BMW Group AG in North Rhine-Westfalia (NRW) Germany, namely BMW, Mini, Rolls-Royce and BMW Motorcycles. Since 2024, Procar also represents the KIA brand.
