Procar operates 21 subsidiaries spread across North Rhine-Westfalia (NRW). The group represents the following brands of BMW Group AG in the region:
- BMW
- Mini
- Rolls-Royce
- BMW Motorcycles
Procar’s activities include sales of new and used cars, professional workshops offering BMW service and the sales of accessories and parts. In addition, the company offers financial services and solutions such as leasing and insurance.
Company headquarters are located in Velbert, Germany.
Since the involvement of the Manor family in 2012, Procar Group had gone through operational and financial restructuring which allowed it to regain profitability and sustainability. The objective was to preserve the business model, while focusing on the BMW group of brands.
The group showed a constant improvement in Profit and is today considered one of the most profitable groups in the BMW network.
In 2017, Procar acquired its 16th site in Leverkusen.
At the beginning of 2019, Procar acquired 5 more dealerships in the region of Munsterland.
The organization employs approx. 1,100 people and achieves revenues above €600 mio. p.a.
In the last few years Procar is ranked among the 3 largest BMW distributer groups in Germany.
