Company profile

The Manor Automotive Group (MAG) has been established according to Luxembourg law in Luxembourg end of 2011.

MAG is a privately held company which belongs to the Manor family. Among its  diverse business activities, the Manor family from Israel, owns additional automotive businesses such as "David Lubinski Ltd", the exclusive importer of the French brands Peugeot Citroen & DS as well as the Chinese brand MG by 'SAIC Motor', Polaris, KTM etc.

In 2012 MAG acquired ‘Procar Automobile’ group of dealerships. Procar represents the brands of BMW Group AG in North Rhine-Westfalia (NRW) Germany, namely BMW, Mini, Rolls-Royce and BMW Motorcycles. MAG owns 90% of Procar, while the additional 10% is held by a German businessman.

In 2013 MAG purchased the Normandy dealerships of Group TTA, a dealer network of Toyota Motor. Mag France (a subsidiary of MAG) representing TOYOTA brand in 7 different sites, including Rouen, Le Havre, Dieppe and Valenciennes, employed close to 90 people and achieved revenues in the range of € 40 mio. p.a..

In Sept. 2016, MAG France was sold to Group TOYS MOTORS, operating d Toyota dealerships in France.
